Don't worry , Russian Team together with Nostalrius Team have shown perfect fixing bugs so far when they experimented on elysium , all of our bugs this time will get fixed in let say (assume) few weeks .

I was wondering why u dont recommend Arcanite Champion weapon for a SotC spec?
The STR proc seems good (120 str, 30sec duration + decent proc rate)

Also not sure about your Ret spec Killerduki (the one mentionned on the first post).
It seems that i am doing more damage with SotC judgement + SotC + conc max rank.

That's because SoTC and Consecration had beneficial bug in Nostalrius .
SoTC did increase damage each swing instead reduce , Consecration did scale with Attack Power instead only with Spell Power.

p.s come to Elysium Forum we are there, this Forum sooner or later will get wiped .

Funny how you completely ignored what the same user posted a little later:

Reportedly this was nerfed in the 1.8 patch so that now you can only have one rank each of JoW and JoL on a monster, though I haven't had a chance to confirm this.

Shitty source is shitty. I know that judgement stacking got fixed at some point because I did it until it got changed in vanilla.
