No its a flat 200 but can crit.

When I do guild farm runs, if we have 2 healers, I have the pally bring his T1 8/8 and dps. It procs ALL the time and keep your ranged close enough to get it.

In a 5 man the assigned healer only has to use rank 1 heals to keep me up for the majority of the fights.

Be warned that you will get a lot of threat so be on the lookout.

200 heal x5. You are doing 1k of healing split among the group, and chance to crit the heal. Having Shadow priest in group and druid HoT healer, lock DPS, can leave your healer auto attacking out of bordome.

Are you referring to T3 Redemption Armor set bonus (which isn't in game yet):
8 pieces: Your Cleanse spell also heals the target for 200.

or T1 Lawbringer Armour set bonus (which is in game atm):
8 pieces: Gives the Paladin a chance on every melee hit to heal your party for 189 to 212.

If you looking for the retail version you can check other websites (Wowhead, wowpedia) for that info, but if your asking here on Nostalrius on it's server..

The next "Big Content" for raid progression would be AQ40. Naxx and all of it's T3 is not even on the database yet. There is no way to answer that question for several months (if not years)
