Items with random bonuses are not counted as different items. They still have the same item entry, making it impossible to track them via auction house search function / addons.

Has anyone actually SEEN any "of frozen wrath" items in game? I can't find any in my Loot Link, for example.

I'm wearing the BiS shoulders and bracers, ive seen cloak, +20 wand and im wearing +30 boots. The stuff on the list are what I've confirmed is in the game.

Updated, I haven't done much work on the honorable mentions list, so if you see any items that are 5-10 SP away from BiS, tell me, and I'l add them to the list.

Might be a bit off-topic, but since you mentioned Mind Quickening Gem, does that interact with Arcane Missiles (or any channeled spell) at all? If so, how does it interact? Does it simply reduce the time in between damage ticks?

Regarding MQG, I don't know, but then again its hardly relevant right now since Arcane Missiles is being cancelled the second its pushed off the debuff list, making it impossible to use on any boss. Anyone who has received one from Vael, feel free to test it out and tell us how it does interact.

Hopefully this behavior will not continue for too long! The fix being imminent was the reason behind my question.

R10 shoulders + R8 legs turned out to be 2-6sp better than Mantle of the Blackwing Cabal + Flarecore leggings (~2 if you're wearing decent gear but isn't flasking, ~4 if you're flasking, ~6 if you're in current BiS and flasking), I've updated the BiS list accordingly. I'm sorry for not spotting this earlier!

Has anyone tested out using both pvp sets to get 2x of the +23SP bonus? Not sure if it is working atm. Thinking about using new shoulders+head and old gloves+legs.
