Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey Mages,

Am I the only one experiencing an issue when trying to pick up the quest Warlord Krellian from Archmage Xylem in Azshara? I did the level 50 quest (Magic Dust) already.

I checked on the bugtracker and the issue was that it was not in game, which was closed since it was added in 1.7.

I have seen other mages with Polymorph: Pig.

What gives?

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Yea, i got this same issue. Can someone tell us why we cant pick up this q?

I have had a GM Ticket open for over 2 days now. I checked the bugtracker extensively as well.

I received an in-game mail response from GM, telling me to delete my WDB folder.
I did and tried again. He still offers no quest and I cannot even speak with him.

UPDATE:
After researching and speaking with several GMs, it was found out that it was not introduced until 1.11.
However, there was a previous bug in an earlier patch of Nostalrius that had allowed mages to get the quest and train it. They are grandfathered in and they get to keep it. Us new mages, however, do not.

Yep was able to do it, but it was fixed afterwards.
