Draenethyst Crystals (Not working properly)

I just picked up the quest Draenethyst Crystals, because I had to go to Swamp of Sorrows to kill Ongeku (Gelkris quest in Desolace) but when I got to the crystals in Swamp of Sorrows, those crystals aren't lootable. Same issue with the Stalvan quest in Goldshire that you couldn't loot the letter from the chest. The one moment you can and the other you can't, I guess if I come back later they'll probably lootable, but why aren't they now?

When I try to loot I just stand there and if I click it again, it says it is already being used.
Hopefully you lot can find the issue with that
