How about sharing some information if you want help.

What does it say when you login? Does it say if you're banned and if so, is it a future date or a past date? Is there a date at all or does it just show you when was the last time your account was logged in and what IP it was played from? If it shows a past ban date, chances are it's a permanent ban. If there's no ban date, then you're not banned.
