lost items after restart 29.07.2015

lost items after restart 29.07.2015, one-hard [Energetic Rod], with enchant ice chill. main bag slot 1.
and shild [Sacred Protector], with enchant +7 stamina. main bag slot 2.

one week ago i lost my craft waist cloth [Ghostweave Belt]

after profilactiks restart 29.07.2015
i lost my items:

quest reward shield [item=16998]
and one-hand mace [item=18321]
nick name: Shamzs

i play before restart at BG AV, and i have macros to chage my weapon, 2 hand swich one-hand and shield.
so i think its my items not save then restart happened.
or what happened?

P.S. i can drop agan mace, but shield not! its quest reward !
pls healp me to take back my items.
