Account Breach! PLEASE HELP!

So this is the situation.

A few days ago I was playing and got disconnected. Ive tried to reset the password online but it says:
"This account has been used recently. You can't reset the password now.Remember that you are responsible for your account security, and as stated in our Terms of Use, we do not reset passwords for hacked accounts."

I know right there it says "you are responsible for your account security" and that you guys have no obligation to help me but PLEASE I will do anything to prove that that is in fact my account. I'm sure you guys have ways of confirming its my account.

My main character is Exploit, i have a banked named Exbank and I had a level 12ish female tauren hunter I may or may have not deleted. I honestly can't remember if i did or didn't, but I can tell you what guilds exploits been in, what drops ive gotten through levelling and being 60, max gold count, literally anything cause its my god damn account! The most frustrating part is that realmplayers tells me hes been on it today! Using my account! If I can't get it back id honestly prefer it be banned, actually infuriating.

Please get back to me ASAP im losing it over here.
