My Account Seems to be Banned?

I have only managed to log in on it once for about 40 minutes, during which time I got the server first on the guribashi arena chest which I sold for about 4 gold.

Now I'm getting this message whenever I try to logon, is it the game messing up or have I legit been banned for doing the arena as soon as the server opened? If so is there any appeal mechanism for this?

Bumping before I go to bed, would at least like a reason for the ban, or if it is a ban and not a server login bug...

That usually means you're banned. I'm sure you'll get a reply from a GM once everything settles down a bit.
