Requesting GM assistance

Greetings,


As i stated on my other topic my issue is still there and i would like to speak privately to GM raazi , i already tried ingame and i was sent to forums to make an appeal ( i did https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=6239) and also sent private messages to some Gms but still no answer.
As a donator to this project i feel a bit left over and would like some assistance please.

Unlike other people claimg they re innocent i know that i did something wrong which i was not aware during no more than 5 minutes ( using my brother lvl 60 to kill 2-3 elites). I spoke to GM raazi and he said all was fine if i didnt do it again which is perfectly fair since i wont do again but still my warlock account ( almx) got banned and im wondering if the ban can be lifted or lowered or i can have some info regarding it.

And it seems everyone's brother is either a complete jerk when it comes to playing or incredibly helpless. If only we could prevent these brothers from ruining their experience...
