Hunter quest bug

Was told by a GM to make a post so, I just completed the lvl 10 hunter pet quest and I didn't receive Beast Training or Feed Pet skills only Call / Dismiss pet & Tame a Beast, can't keep my pet without those skills please help, thanks.

Tame Beast, Call Pet and Dismiss Pet are learned from turning in "Taming the Beast" part 3. Once this quest is turned in you should be able to accept a new quest "Training the Best" which requires you to speak with the hunter trainer in your races capital city. It is this quest that will give you the "Beast Training", "Feed Pet" and "Revive Pet" skills (as well as Growl rank 1 and 2).

I was unable to reproduce this with an orc hunter.

Answers to any of the following questions would be helpful:
What race is your hunter?
Were you offered the "Training the Beast" quest after completing "Taming the Beast" part 3?
Did you complete "Training the Beast"?

Yeah I did Taming the Beast p3 and got everything you mentioned and no quest was given after but I fixed it now I relogged and was able to get Training the Beast for the other skills
