account missing character

someone logged in to my accouint deleted the char i had and made new chars then i logged in the warlock i had was gone and 4 new chars was on the account and 1 lvl 1 lock with same name what to do

these kind of incidents are exactly why we do not condone account sharing. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. Please change your password with the ".acc password oldpassword newpassword newpassword" command and refrain from sharing your account in the future.
