Account creation limit reached?!?!?

Trying to make an account for my girlfriend and I keep getting the message account creation limit reacehd? Do we have to be on different wifi connection in order to make new account or what?

I think it's 3 account per IP. Not sure though.

There is an account creation limit per IP address. You can create more accounts by doing so from a different connection such as your mobile phone, neighbor, friend, work, school, etc...
