Lost Blackstone ring due server DC.

Yesterday right after my party killed Princess in Maraudon, server went down right after we got our loots. The time server crash occured was around 14.00 server time, here's also picture of it.

Hvemklomater is correct. We do not recompensate players for lost items or looting mistakes or disenchanting mistakes or quest reward misclicks or accidentally vendored items or anything like that.

The only exception to this rule is raid level epics, for which some special rules can be found in our Terms of Use here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who was supposed to receive the item.
