The server crashed just after I had killed a Legashi Rogue and looted a [Traveler's Backpack]. I was farming on my Lvl 59 Hunter, Legalus, in Azshara. When I logged back in I had lost the item plus some other runecloth that is not as important =P . This was June 8th, 2015 2:10 P.M Central Time. USA, Austin, Tx. Heard a ton of good feedback about Nostalrius GMs' hope I can get that rightfully owned item back in to my possession!

Hvemklomater is correct. We do not recompensate players for lost items or looting mistakes or disenchanting mistakes or quest reward misclicks or accidentally vendored items or anything like that.

The only exception to this rule is raid level epics, for which some special rules can be found in our Terms of Use here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8

Epic raid items can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing a message is sent to us which fulfills the following conditions:

Exact date of the raid;
Screenshot of the raid ID;
Screenshot of the loot & Full list of raid members;
Name of the player who was supposed to receive the item.
