Yes, though whether or not they'll be able to help recover them is dependent upon how much info you can give them. From what I've read, the admins are extremely busy and might take days to respond. If you've ever been able to successfully log into your WoW account before, there is a folder with your account name in your World of Warcraft Classic\WTF\Accounts folder as outlined in Mimma's post.
