I have played with duskmage for some time, and I can say that he is very dedicated to the game and to his guild. Hacking of his account is a great loss not only for him, but for his guild and for horde PVP community of the server. I know it is written in the rules that deleted characters can not be restored, but i think that there must be an exclusion from this rule for cases like this, when character's /played is high, and character has high rank or rare items on it.

I do not see any reason why that would not help the topic starter. He received pleasure from the game and has not been seen in violations of the rules of the server. You have made an excellent server for both men go to meet the community and restore its character. Thanks in advance.

Hacked account?
We can't recover your account if someone else got your login information. However, there is a password recovery procedure if you forget your password. You need to PM an admin, and he will make sure that this account did not get hacked.

We are not responsible for players accounts getting hacked; therefor, we do not restore deleted characters or items. As stated here again in the Terms of Use:

As a reminder, a Nostalrius staff member will never ask you for your account name nor password. Please, never share your login information. We will not recover characters, equipment or gold from a shared account. Never delete your character "by accident".

The player is responsible for his own account safety. You should:
Have a complicated password;
Never share your account details;
Connect yourself from a safe place;
Never download unsafe files that might contain keyloggers.
