[UNSOLVED]Attached mail items disappeared

I lost 5/20 of my pots (they stack to 5) as I opened up the first one as I thought it might be a graphical bug and the mail dissapeared. Are those 5 lost or?

I'd like to add that in some of the cases, such as mine, the bugged mail receipts deleted themselves after merely being opened.

Yes, those five are a lost cause as there is likely no way for them to "easily" track that. I did the same thing with one of mine before I realized what was going on, thank god I left the other three pages of bugged mail alone.

Further, I just purchased some items off the AH and they are still bugged!!!!

I would seriously consider not using the in-game mail system at the moment. Give them some time to figure out what is going on, why and how they should address it.

After a relog none of my items are back on both characters.

Mine arent back either. I used postal and opened everything as I walked away from the computer before I knew about the glitch. So, Im guessing everything is lost?

I have the same problem i sent 80 x Greater Nature Protection Potions and 50x Mageblood Potions to my Bankchar and now only the letters are there and no potions . What should i do now ? just wait or write a ticket ?

Any news on this? I didn't delete the old messages and I still didn't get my items back..
