Ah, so we aren't lagging out at the same time, since I'm online right now without any latency issues.

pretty much , but i cud at least tell when im gonna get my lag , its funny how LITERALLY it starts at 6pm on the dot!!! ..i really cant explain this .... and my neighbour plays with the same ISP ..and has no problems @ all =/

You get that anyway when trying to connect to login2.nostalrius.org, even when not lagging. Try login.nostalrius.org.

east coast US player here also. I have similar problems sometimes.

high latency at set times or throughout the day can be the cause of several things.

it can be your system resources are being pushed to the max, for example a scheduled anti virus scan at a set time. ( this will greatly increase the cpu / ram and read/write cycles of your HD)

firewall settings
firewall settings on your modem/router.

if you have a router & modem please disconnect the router and try it with only the modem connected.

make sure that in your antivirus program the application wow is accepted as incoming and outgoing communications.

should the problem persist, disable all addons also. especially logging type of addons also addons that write to a external source for loggin.

sometimes everything can be OK also on your pc and the problem is external, like a restarting server, crashed / offline server

I have no anti virus software rite now because I reinstalled windows to see if it would help (no luck)

The peak times latency I agree with ..but how can it explain that im fine in everything else =/ ...thats whats bothering me ...im perfect with every other applications.

Addons were uninstalled during my testing as well.

Dont have a router , just a modem so I cant contact it.

My ISP said they would come and check it out even though they see nothing wrong on their end ...ill hope for the best

whole my guild 40+ players from different countries having 0.5-1 sec delay during 20ST + times with zero delay in the morning

its clearly not clientside problem

at least yall can cast ..i think some of yall are confusing high pings but playable to ridiculous pings and unplayable . I literally cant move , player names come up as unknown , i cant even exit the game unless i alt f4 because its taking so long to communicate
