Getting disconnected after 5 seconds

Like in the subject, whenever I log to the game I'm getting constant disconnects after few seconds. Even the chat sometimes doesn't load (General channel/trade etc.).
Tried to clear my WTF and WDB folders and still it doesn't help.
Anyone had similiar problem?
It only happens on Nostalrius
