The server has brute-force hacking prevention measures in place that will temporarily ban accounts that try too many times to login unsuccessfully. If you've tried both your old and new passwords and neither of them let you log into the game, you will need to send a private message to one of the administrators with as much account information as you can to see if they can assist you with resetting it.

Honestly I'm not sure, but I have sent a few private messages to some GMs and they typically respond within one to a few hours.

Now it says the account is closed

Now when I log in it says unable to connect then when I try again it says the account is closed and that I am banned so it isn't the anti brut force, so why am I banned?

How long are the bans? Admins don't respond :/
