Where do we make reports about Guild tags?

I was in Silverpine yesterday and ran past a troll (very appropriate) with the Guild tag <ISIS>. I believe this is against the TOS, but I don't know where to report it.
Please advise.

Why would it be against TOS? ISIS is an egyptian godess.

This guild is under investigation.
You can make an in-game ticket with the "stuck" -> "still stuck, page a GM" option.
