Hello. Guess I have same problem. Recently we defended Belnistrasz as writen in quest description but he didn't left braizer and gone. Can you help?

I'm having this same issue today as Alliance. Completed the quest (shows so in the quest log), but the brazier never appeared so I can turn it in.
