Solutions Read. CAN'T CONNECT.

I've done every single step and i don't even have antivirus on my PC (new rig if must know). I think I go the step #6 going on. Although it's no clear if it means at all once or just 3 accounts known to that IP. Either way I now have 3 accounts myself + 1 for my buddy who is my roommate. I never duel log unless it's giving to my bank toon of sorts. Is this why i can't login since i have logged into 3 diff acounts on my computer while my buddy also being online who i live with? Either way... THIS SUCKS. I haven't done anything different from my normal play. Hopefully can get some information on this. Thanks

It must have just gone down. I been having this issue before server went down. I had guildys online during my issue.

the login server is down, not the game server.
