My mouse isn't working or rather the cursor that lets me select things isn't following my mouse movements. I already know its not the mouse thats the problem as it works just fine outside of the game. How can I fix this?

I'm having the exact same problem.

I just downloaded and installed, opened up and everything looks good. Keyboard works, but my mouse won't move the cursor; its just stuck.

I searched 'mouse' in this forum which brought me to this post. Someone please assist me and the guy before me?

I did a bit of digging on Blizzards WoW forum and found the solution of adding the line

SET gxCursor "0"

But that didn't help. I also tried the solution on their forums of going to advanced options and disabling hardware cursor, but there is actually no such options in the advanced options. I'm thinking it must be something they added postclassical wow era. Stinks cuz I would love to play!

Just posting to let peeps know I fixed it. The solution for me was:

Right click on desktop, go to screen resolution

Go to "make texts bigger or smaller"

Slide the bar all the way to the smallest option and apply.

Restart your computer and open WoW Classic. Good luck!

Interesting. I don't have a slider bar; I only have three radio buttons: smaller (100%), medium (125%), and larger (150%).

Smaller (100%) is the default option. Was yours set to something else?
