Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Are there any suggestions out there to lower my latency? Currently 180+ and it is impossible to pvp.

I use leatrix latency fix and have it installed. Seems to have done nothing. Lower graphics does seemingly nothing as well.
