Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

My game runs at 200 FPS creating a lot of tearing, its horrible, I want to put a cap of 144 Hz or 120 FPS so the tearing dissapear, my monitor is a 144Hz BenQ, I can't put the game at 144Hz or the screen gets all glitchy, but I can set it at 120Hz, now I need the game to run at 120Hz as well.

Vsync is not the asnwer as it creates awful input delay and glitches, I need to cap my frame rate at 120 FPS, hwo can I do it? SET maxfps 120 is not working, not on the config file, not in the /command in-game either.

As a Side note, anyone knows how to make this game work at 144Hz? each time I set 144Hz in the config file it resets itself to 60 Hz, it can only go to 120Hz for some reason.

So, Nobody know how to cap the game's frame rate?

Alternatively, does anyone know how to increase the Draw distance? like, I come from Retail and things that are far away are barely visible, its all fog and blur, which is annoying, because maximum draw distance in the graphic settings of vanilla are equal to like a 1/6 - 1/8 of Retail.

So, anyone know about a /console command to increase these values to a whole new level?
