Guards at LHC

Found more things that shouldn't be here, Battlegrounds, PvP rankingsystem, NoDHK, no auto shoot with wands, Tons of flightpaths that shouldn't be there, Battlemasters, Bonus gold when completing quests at 60. and many more things.
please fix all this before you release Diremaul, thanks.
