Escort quest bug in desolace

I tried to complete the 2 escort quests in desolace : Gizelton caravan and Bodygard to hire.
Pretty sure i did everything well but nothing happens, are the quests bugged? If they are, is there a way to complete them anyway?

The quests bug out if you take them while someone else is already doing them, ie when the goblins are walking along the road. Try abandoning the quests and re-taking them at the correct place.

They've been completely broken since March.
