Account banned

My account was banned minutes ago as my roommate and I were playing,
I am assuming this was not random and had some reasoning behind this.

I am requesting another review on the account and for it to be reinstated,

I have been playing for a few months and have spent days upon days worth of time progressing
legitimately. I will not create a new account and start over if this is the final decision. I really like this server and the community, I want to keep playing.

For the reason of my ban I assume it is because I have a roommate that plays along with me and we have friends that come over too and play on our network. I am wondering if this was an IP ban because we both have been banned, but at no point did we ever multi box or break the rules with any third party programs/software. I don't even have add ons.

D - Last warning.: A last warning is given before a permanent ban. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

•Casinos;
•Multiboxing;
•Abuse of in-game bugs;
•Any attempt to bribe a staff member;
•Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor.

Keep in mind according to the Nostalrius Terms of Use, abusing bugs nets you a warning at first, not a permanent ban. If anything, the staff would actually contact you in-game or through mail to advise you that what you're doing is considered a bug exploit so you could cease the behavior or actions and avoid a permanent ban;

I was never given a warning.

Furthermore, All assets gained from such "in game bug" are on the character that has performed the action, i did not spend any of the assets.

Look at my character logs, everything I got is still there. If it were to be taken away then I would be right where I started.

I feel like the GM's are not giving many accounts proper chance of an appeal, especially when stated in terms of use that a warning is explicitly mentioned. I would be fine with a temporary ban, all illegal assets removed, and a "Final Warning" as I believe this would be fair considering the situation.

This was not a minor inconvenient bug, this was something that was heavily abused, making it fall under the E - Permanent Ban category.

The Real Issue : Gold being farmed from "in game bug"

Why can you not just take away the gold that was farmed? I did not spend any of it.

why are staff so strict on this server?
if they see something that they dont like, they hand out a permanent ban without even telling the player it was wrong to do.
It makes me scared to play the game, and probably a lot of others too.
What if I am doing something you dont allow without me knowing then I get perma banned for it? That is stupid.
You should unban this guy if you didnt give him a warning first, and you guys should also get better staff.
