Ok some reason i got home today with my new pc downloaded everything again as I went out for dinner and a movie. I get home everything downloaded and some reason I cannot connect. I do everything in the beginners guide, and still no go. Finally i seem to be able to get past the unable to connect error to a this account has been closed or banned. unsure why. I saw the posts about trying to much so i havent tried 100s of times to connect or anything a few but not MANY. Now back to unable to connect

in addition I made a new account and it works fine so i know it isnt my connection or setup. I would like to be able to play this account though since it has my characters I like.

I still cannot login to eatbugs

i get unable to connect then account closed/banned msg
