Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Seen this person last night killing people as soon as they landed off the flight path ( Including myself and my leveling partner ). Was standing on top of a building to the left of the flight path building in Booty bay, and no guards would even move to attack him because he is in an area where they can not reach her/him. Not sure if this is allowed, so posting this here for awareness.

Safe spotting is against the terms of use. Have you tried reporting this player to the GMs through an in-game ticket?
