Bigbolox Scam - Righteous Orbs

Not sure if this is the correct location on the forums to report this, however I have also submitted an in-game ticket... Today I was scammed by a player named "Bigboloxwhen someone sent via COD Righteous Orb x2 for 32g. Instead of sending Righteous Orb x2 they sent Small Lustrous Pearl x2 which has an identical image/icon as the Righteous Orbs. I did not notice until I had already paid for the COD. 32g is a big deal at lower lvls so hopefully this can be restored, more importantly hopefully action can be taken against players like this. The name of the individual was "Bigbolox" who was a lvl 24 orc warrior and his alt named something close to bankeralt sent the COD. If anyone knows the main character linked to this individual please inform, thanks.

How am I to prove it after the fact? Im sure there is a way they can track past COD transactions.
