Unable to connect. Password changed?

Hello Nostalrius Begins.
I haven't been able to log in for 2 days now. When I try to log in, it says "Unable to connect" and I know this is because the information I entered is incorrect. So I'm not sure if I got hacked or if it's somekind of an automatic password change? (because I've had the same PW since the release of the server)
I really want my account back, I've put alot of time and effort into my characters. I of course know my last password, so it would be awesome if you could help me out here. And also the account is registered on my mail so this would be a way to safely get me back on track.

The account Explarimus1 has never been banned. Wait 10 - 15 minutes and try again. Make sure you enter the correct password for your account.

No, the thing is that I don't know my accounts password, someone changed it! But since the account is registered on my e-mail, you could just reset my PW and send it there.

This service is not offered at the moment, developers are working for a self-service reset password web tool. This will be available in the near future.
I cannot give you an ETA for this feature.

Well you see someone managed to change my password so it has to be possible. Is there a way to see if he has been online?

Passwords can be changed using a chat command in the game itself. If your account was stolen, the thief might've logged in with your account, hopped on one of your characters, and used the .account password command to change the password so you could not log into it.

Well that's probably what he did, but you know since I have A LOT of information about my characters and the account, I can easily prove that I own this account. Otherwise it's simply fail if it's so easy to get someone's account stolen...
