Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello here,

It's been 2 weeks, i started reading some ban/whining post around this forum. I think it's a good thing to punish people for "cheating" and abusing bugs.

But after all these post, i'm feeling a little paranoiac. I did nothing to deserve a ban but dunno. When i read some post, i feel some people are "guilty" and some aren't. Maybe the point of their post is to "try to seem innocent" where in fact they are 100% guilty.

My point here is, is there a chance that (by doing nothing except play fairly the game) i can get ban for reason i don't really know. (for exemple, i'm 40 and don't have the money to buy my mount, my friend offer me the golds to buy the mount, is this considering "gold selling"?) (i just did twice BFD and find that the quest from baron Aquanis can be deliver twice maybe more without knowing if it's a bug. does it count as abusing bug?)

It's not a guilty post where i try to avoid a ban. I'm just feeling really paranoic toward all these posts. Don't really want to lose time spend on the server for something i'm not aware (this really looks like im guilty DAMN)

Relax... u dont have anything to worry about.
99% of these appeals are sadly misleading.
Gms dont run arround banning people.
All these offenders have evidence against them,probably multiple times, despite warnings.
Just play normal like the other 9 k players n thats it.
In all my years of private servers i have been muted and banned for a short period of time ONCE!
Abusing and cheating mindset comes with boredom. So if you get bored take a break:-)

Nearly 9,000 players log in and play on Nostalrius everyday, up from 4,000 several months ago, without ever once being kicked, suspended, or banned. The support forum is dedicated to account-related issues; with so many people actively playing, 99% of the time it's going to be accounts that are straight up suspended or banned; the remaining 1% are the legit players that are having trouble (Account registration, password resets, wrong config files/realmlist, etc.).

As long as you're not engaged in any practices that violate the server's Terms of Use, you'll be fine. If you ever have doubts about something in the game (Something's far too easy or frequent like rare or epic drops, transferring large amounts of gold to other players, etc.) don't hesitate to open a ticket asking a GM about it. Far better to be upfront and honest than assume everything's alright and keep doing it repeatedly.

I was wrongfully banned for supposedly flyhacking and I am simply being ignored. They say contact viper or daemon, which is probably code for stop whining. Right now I have made a new account which is on the same level as my previous account was. I kinda fear that I will be banned again for some bs reason while being innocent.

Nobody is wrongfully banned, every cheater + botter + account/gold seller and buyer likes to lie and throw a hissyfit after they get their ass caught.

Do you think this thing they use to detect hacks is 100% flawless? They don't even wanna look into it and simply ignore you. Don't exactly know what they are using, but it's shit. And even more shitty is that they refuse to acknowledge it or look into it.

I can only hope that people like you get banned and experience the same thing like me trying to get justice.
