Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I am posting because I was recently "banned" from nostalrius.

I was in a group, headed to booty bay, and i was ejected off the boat into the water by sen'jin. At this point, the game crashed. I logged back in. The game crashed. Logged in again. Game crashed. Only this time as I tried to log in, it said "This account has been banned"

I don't know what the deal is. But I've done nothing to receive a legitimate ban. Can you please resolve this issue for me?

Also, on the forums I logged in to see what the reason was and it says "hidden".

Please resolve this! I really want to play again, and as I've said, I've done nothing wrong.

Okay, sorry, new. How does one do that?

Okay so I sent a message to Daemon. I know you aren't him, but any idea of an eta? I'd really like to get this fixed, or at least want to know "why" i was banned. As I've said, I'm no cheater, and while I'm sure you guys hear that all the time, truly, I am not. I've never botted/exploited/bought gold/sold gold/ sold account/characters or ANYTHING. That behavior ruins games. I wanted a pure Vanilla experience which is why I chose this server.

I understand that you guys have a tough job, getting all this sorted for players, and I respect that. I really do. And in no way am I trying to place blame. I really hope this was just some kind of error, or I am stupid with something i did (as far as PW/log in too many times, etc) (tho, i do know my password).

I just don't want to start a new character only to have the same mishap happen again(unwarranted). I have 3 characters all level 20+, with a recently formed guild that i've put quite some time into already, and tbh, if I have to do it all over again, I will probably just find another game.

But in the meantime, until this is getting sorted, I wanted to thank you for your quick replies. And understand while I am frustrated at this set-back (today we had a guild group planned), I in no way hold ill will to any of you. I know i've done nothing wrong, and hopefully you will see that too.
