Sudden Disconnect while farming and now cannot log in

Hello. I am having issues logging in to my account. I was farming elementals in Silithus and was suddenly disconnected and am now receiving a message saying that my account was closed.
Character name is Bambutca

What? No way.... Can I appeal this or something? I am constantly chatting in /g while grinding.... no way I ever bot
