I think this is an account issue. My character (7) is having issues with professions. in this case it's leather working.
I have skinning that works fine. I visited prof trainers in IF and SW (for leather) and neither are giving me the first level leather working skill, but both are behaving as if i have the skill. Pulling up the skill tab, I show only skinning. Other non leather trainers (alch, herb etc) are behaving this way as well. (Ie, can't receive training)
