ACCOUNT CREATION LIMIT REACHED

Hello this is my first time playing on this server, but when i try to make a account on https://en.nostalrius.org/#iwannaplay
It tells me that my account creation limit is reached !
I have not made any account before, so i dont know what is happening, like to get some help on solving this problem so i can play som vanilla :D
