not find answer.
1) look for school of tastyfish. want Lucky Fishing Hat for my rogue 19. but no 1 find. looking at 15:30-16:30 at beach west side stranglethorn vale. than check on battle-net there was( not late yet).
very sad if here not work at all
2) what DB i can find game info (loot, instance boses etc)

The Fishing Extravaganza was added in patch 1.7 so i'm not sure if it's available yet. Maybe someone from the Staff can confirm.

For a vanilla db you can use http://db.vanillagaming.org/, but keep in mind several items won't be available yet as we are on patch 1.4 content wise.

does it mean 1.7 - later then ours 1.12? i thought it 1.7 -1.10 -1.12. my bet.
but in booty was spowned event npc . i have seen today "bot5000" & goblin. how it could be?

Everyone's clients are 1.12.1 but the server is 1.4. This means server-side content will be 1.4 and earlier while end-users are running client-side software of 1.12.1.
