hello, i make a mistake. i used speedhack and my character have been banned. how to get unbanned (if even possible) login: elizar. character Eliz (shaman) 38lvl

Hacking is grounds for a permanent ban according to the
Terms of Use. The account won't be unbanned.

Greetings,
The account is banned and characters will stay as they are on that account.
If the banned accounts will be deleted in the future, will be communicated at that point.
Until then, all the banned accounts remain as they are.
