Brutal Armor- warrior quest, bugged

Hello i've done the quest Brutal Armor but seems the quest giver Thun'grim Firegaze is inactive, and can't complete it to get the reward. Any solutions? Thx!

Log out, close WoW, delete the WDB folder in the WoW folder. Relog, try to turn in. If that doesn't work, abandon and the quest and re-obtain it.
