If your accounts have been permabanned, they will only be returned in the event that the banning was a false positive (Like the anti-cheat detected you hacking but you were not). If you were indeed cheating and caught, you won't be forgiven or have your account returned. You are, however, encouraged to register new accounts to begin playing on.
