Hi guys.
I was questing arround westfall when I got stuck And started to fall. I got disconnected and now it says my account has been banned

Please post your character name and try to login to
https://en.nostalrius.org/ to see if you are banned. If you see no ban message, you are not banned.

"Permanent" seems pretty definitive unless you have proof you didn't hack.

I do not have any proof I'm just asking for some mercy I'm new to this server and just spent a whole day

Nope.
Terms of use spell it out very clearly.
