Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi, so on my character named brewnour I tried to turn in my warrior quest brutal armor but couldn't, despite having all the necessary quest items. It even says the quest is complete in the quest log as the quest giver has a silver question mark over his head. And while I have had a similar problem with another quest before I was able to simply abandon the quest and pick it up to immediately turn it in, but with the warrior quest if I abandon it the quest specific items will be destroyed. ps i tried reloging with no success.

Did you ever put the quest items in your bank at one point? That seems to be what triggers the quest turn in fail for me.

I did not, only thing I can think of that is similar to that is that I used some iron for crafting, though i never went below the 10 required but that just seems way janky

I was able to turn in the quest. It required me to sell the iron I had causing the quest to be registered as incomplete then buy it back causing it to become complete again, at which point the quest giver accepted my turnin
