Account Pending on Bugtracker

I signed up an account on bugtracker to try and get a bug report submitted for the Destiny Calls quest earlier this morning, and never received a confirmation email in either inbox or junk mail to get the account activated.

What e-mail provider are you using? Hotmail seems to have issues. I heard Gmail works well.

Originally I tried hotmail, have tried an account on both there and Gmail now, and still no luck. Any other pointers?
