Failed Shaman Quest

The Call of Water questline ends with the quest Call of Water (Part 6) where I need to use a water sapta to see a corrupted elemental and kill it then complete the quest. I missused my water sapta and can not complete the quest. By abbandoning the quest and retrieving it again i do not obtain a new one. Could you please give me a Water Sapta so I can complete the quest?
