Not able to bind to an inn

Help. I've already posted in the bug tracker and not gotten any help... my character, Letanius, can not bind to any inns. Any. When he speaks to an innkeeper, they just offer their wares, but give him no option to bind. I deleted my hearthstone, thinking that by speaking to an Innkeeper, I could reset the whole thing, but this did not work, and now I have no hearthstone. I've deleted my cache, turned off all addons, nothing has helped.
The odd thing is, my alt, Lebrie, doesn't have this issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is massively inconvenient.

i do not... as a matter of fact, I have no addons that affect my hearthstone at all...

If you use the "chatbox" addon, remove that. I had this very same problem on the launch of nos, removed that addon and it was all good.

Wow.... that never would've occurred to me. I can't even grasp why a chat addon would cause this issue, but hey, it worked, thanks!

I'm now having a similar issue but slightly different. I no longer have a hearthstone in my inventory and they are not giving me one. Any ideas on how to get a hearthstone? I thought the innkeeper would give me another but no cigar

you "purchase" a hearthstone from the innkeeper's inventory. It's usually the last item in the list.
