Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi!

I didn't play for months because I had important work to do now I realize that both of my accounts(one with character named 'Roger' in it, the other one a character 'Wuzetian' in it) are closed for some reason. I guess because of being offline for so long. If so, could you please open these accounts again so I don't have to create new ones to start playing and having fun again?

When trying to log in into one of them it says:
" Whoops! There were some problems with your input.
Bad credentials."
The other one is unlocked now somehow, also ingame. But when trying to log into the first one ingame it says the account has been closed.
Also I need to mention that none of the characters named above are part of the now unlocked account ( instead a bankchar I remember I had created is in there). I think I remembered just wrong and both of them are in my other account.

Changing the password for the closed account helped somehow. I now have access to both accounts. Ty for help!
