Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi,

After getting randomly disconnected while leveling in STV, my friend couldn't get back online.
After every try of logging in it says she is disconnected just after the ''Succes'' sign.
Any admins on this or able to contact us?

Having a similar difficulty. Account name is the same as the forum name. Had to hard reset after a freeze, Haven't been able to log in since.

Please Advise.
